These terms apply to your use of our website and to orders placed through it. Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy provide further information on returns, delivery and personal data. Please read the information relevant to your order before placing it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the version in force when you place that order. Changes will not retrospectively alter an order we have already accepted, unless the law requires it or we agree a change with you.

Accounts and eligibility to purchase

To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a contract and provide accurate information needed to process payment and deliver your order. You do not need to create an account unless a particular feature expressly requires one. If you choose to create an account, please keep your details up to date and take reasonable steps to protect your sign-in information.

Products purchased through this website are intended for personal use or as gifts. We may limit quantities where reasonably necessary, for example because of stock availability or suspected misuse. If we cannot fulfil an order we have accepted, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable items.

Products, prices and availability

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary slightly depending on your screen and the product packaging. Please read the product description and any instructions or warnings supplied with the product before use. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

Product availability and prices may change. The price and any applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges that we collect will be shown before you place your order. Prices shown for UK customers include VAT where applicable. If we discover an error in the price or description before accepting an order, we will contact you and give you the option to place a new order on the corrected terms or cancel. We will refund any payment taken for an order that we do not accept.

Orders and acceptance

After you place an order, we will send an email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not mean that we have accepted the order. We accept your order when we dispatch the goods, at which point a contract is formed between you and Healthnutrics Limited trading as Biotin Beauty.

We may be unable to accept an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, delivery is not available for the order, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken for it. If we can supply only part of an order, we will contact you about the options and refund any unavailable items.

If you need to correct an order or delivery address, please contact us promptly at contactus@biotinbeauty.com. We will try to help before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once an order has been prepared or sent. Your cancellation and other statutory rights are unaffected.

Payment

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Available methods may vary according to your location and eligibility.

You must provide accurate billing information and be authorised to use your chosen payment method. Payments are subject to authorisation by the relevant payment provider. If payment cannot be authorised, we may be unable to accept your order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items to the original payment method. Please see our Privacy Policy for information about how personal data is handled.

Security checks

We may carry out reasonable checks to help protect customers and prevent fraud. If we need to verify an order, we may contact you using the details you provided. We will not ask you to send your full payment card details by email. If we cannot verify an order, we may be unable to accept it or may cancel it and refund any payment taken.

Delivery

We deliver to the destinations available for selection at checkout. Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy. A destination or delivery service is available only when we have enabled it for the products in your order. Delivery estimates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed delivery date with you.

For deliveries outside the UK, any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges will be explained in our Shipping Policy and, where collected by us, at checkout. Where such charges are payable by the recipient instead, we will state this clearly before the order is placed. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, please contact us promptly so that we can try to correct it before dispatch. We will explain any reasonable additional delivery cost before charging it.

We are responsible for the goods until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you identify to receive them, subject to any exception required by law where you arrange your own carrier. If delivery is delayed or a parcel does not arrive, please contact us at contactus@biotinbeauty.com so that we can investigate. Your legal rights in relation to delivery are unaffected.

Transport damages

If your parcel or its contents appear damaged on delivery, please contact us at contactus@biotinbeauty.com as soon as reasonably possible. If you can, keep the packaging and send us photographs of the damage to help us investigate and resolve the issue. You do not have to refuse delivery or report damage to the carrier to retain your legal rights. Please see our Refund Policy for information about faulty or damaged goods.

Returns and refunds

If you change your mind about an eligible online purchase, tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Please email contactus@biotinbeauty.com with your order number so that we can provide return instructions.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may make a deduction from a change-of-mind refund if handling beyond what was necessary to inspect them has reduced their value. Certain goods, including sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken, may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation. These exclusions do not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

We will refund eligible change-of-mind returns to the original payment method, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option where applicable. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We will then make the refund within 14 days. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods as explained in our Refund Policy.

Ownership of goods

Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full and the goods have been delivered. This does not change when responsibility for delivery passes to you or limit your statutory rights.

The copyright, trade marks, designs and other intellectual property rights in our website and its content belong to Healthnutrics Limited or to the relevant rights holders. BIOTIN BEAUTY is a registered UK trade mark owned by Healthnutrics Limited. You may view and use the website for your personal shopping and information. You must not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit website content without the rights holder’s permission, except as the law allows.
