Where we deliver

We offer delivery to eligible addresses in the United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, and eligible destinations in Europe and internationally. Product availability and delivery services vary by destination. The options available for your address and order are shown at checkout. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Standard delivery

Standard delivery costs £4.95 when your order value is below £45. Standard delivery is free when your order value is £45 or more. The qualifying order value is calculated after discounts and before delivery charges.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for Standard delivery. Delivery times to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man may vary.

Express delivery

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for Express delivery. Express delivery costs £6.95, £11.95 or £17.95, depending on the weight of the order.

Express delivery is available only when an Express option appears at checkout. It is not currently offered to Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man.

Express delivery is an estimated faster service; it is not guaranteed next-day delivery.

 

Europe and international delivery

Delivery outside the UK is available only to destinations and orders for which a delivery option appears at checkout. We use Royal Mail International Tracked where available. Delivery charges depend on the destination and order weight and are shown at checkout. Our free UK Standard delivery offer does not apply to overseas orders.

International delivery times are estimates, additional to order processing time. Customs clearance and local delivery conditions may cause delays.

For orders delivered to the United States, estimated import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. We dispatch these orders using a duties-paid service. For other overseas destinations, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, delivery charges exclude import taxes, customs duties and destination clearance fees. Where these are payable by the recipient, the recipient is responsible for paying them.

Processing and delivery times

We normally process orders on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Processing usually takes 1–2 working days, but may take longer during busy periods.

Delivery estimates apply after dispatch and are additional to processing time. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our control. Island delivery times may vary.

We will send dispatch and tracking information when available.

Orders sent in more than one parcel

We may need to send an order in separate parcels. If we do, we will not charge you an additional delivery fee for splitting it.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly so we can try to correct it before dispatch.

If a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, please contact us so we can investigate and explain the available options. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Unavailable items

If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you about the available options and refund any item we cannot provide.
